Our highly experienced team is with you every step of the way to guide and support you through the entire onboarding process. Our Seven Stage Onboarding Program 

Generally our onboarding time is 4 to 6 weeks from start to finish. This time varies greatly depending on user engagement and the time committed to practice and set up between training sessions.

1. Pre SetupAfter you are signed up and we have added your payment information, we send you an account setup form requesting the information we require for the initial set up of your account. Once you return the information, we create your account and send you your login details.24 hours
2. Booking SessionsCommit to your time upfront.

Your trainer sends you an introductory email with meeting links so you can pre-book your training sessions.
3. Training Module 1 – SettingsReview and assist in the setup and configuration of your account, products and pricing.2 hours
4. Training Module 2 – Quoting & Scheduling• Check you have correctly configured and activated your products.
• Training in basic scheduling and quoting functions allowing you to start process flow testing.

5. Training Module 3 – Workflow ManagerWe begin Training in basic Workflow Manager functions at each point of the customer journey. 2 hours
6. Training Module 4 – Advanced SettingsOnce you’re on top of the basic process flows, we help set accountability searches and reports to further manage the entire process flow.2 hours
7. Regular Check-Ins After Go LiveYour trainer regularly checks in with you:
– after the first 21 days 
– then every 3 to 4 weeks thereafter
Trainers constantly monitor your staff uptake of the system through their dashboards to ensure you are feeling confident and not having any issues

Ongoing Support and Assistance

With our highly configurable system, our onboarding specialists take you through the various customisations and controls to make sure that Quoterite is configured specifically to your business before going live.

After going live, our Customer Experience Team is your main contact for assistance. You can access their support via phone, email, live chat and Zoom screen share sessions. 

Our team never misses a support request as they are all ticketed via our Support System, with a dedicated escalation process built-in.

In addition, you have 24 x 7 access to ongoing assistance via our Tip Sheets, built-in knowledge base and YouTube Channel.

Your Onboarding Trainer also has regularly scheduled touch points with you to monitor and record your progress, and to ensure that there are no stumbling blocks. 

As your long term partner on your journey to future growth, we are always there to offer you advice on integrations, product upgrades, scaling up, and optimizing your system to achieve your business goals.

After initial training, you have access to email support, 24/7 ongoing assistance via our Tip Sheets, built-in FAQs, knowledge base and YouTube channel. If you have a premium support seat, you also have access to the built-in live chat and 24/7 phone support.

From experience, we find that our clients are able to use 80% of the system within the first 2 hour training session.

We are not just a technical trainer – working with you as an extension of your business, we help guide you through building the best processes to streamline and strengthen your operations.

Option A – Virtual Training and Onboarding

Consists of:

  • 4 x 2 hours sessions to get you and your team up and running smoothly.
  • Monthly review for 3 months – check if you and your team are happy with the system and you are using it effectively, or if you require any further assistance or training. Review advanced features to enhance or upgrade your system.
  • Unlimited ongoing support from our Customer Experience team.
  • Access to our knowledge base and training videos.
Option B – Onsite Training and Onboarding

Consists of:

  • Three-day onsite personalized training – designed to onboard your staff and integrate Quoterite into your business faster with a more intensive training program.
  • Followed by 1 virtual meeting a week for 4 weeks and then 1 virtual meeting a month for 3 months to check that your team is on top of the various processes along with reviewing advanced features.
  • Additional onsite training can be given as required on a price by price basis.
  • Unlimited ongoing support from our Product and Customer Experience teams.
  • Access to our knowledge base and training videos.

Onboarding and Training Schedule

We work with you to determine the best rollout and training schedule, and have generally found that a “train-the-trainer” approach works best.

Customer Support Channels

Our Customer Experience team is there for you through a number of channels to provide responsive, daily support. We have an effective escalation process for any more difficult issues that may arise so we find the solution as quickly as possible.
